Demola Jam: A creative twist to project implementation!

09 Aug 2016
Demola Jam, which took place on Saturday, 6 August at the NCRST Innovation Hub, is an all-day event which brings together all Demola teams. During the day the teams all work together to keep respective projects moving smoothly and speedily, and help team members find the wow effect to show to the project partner!
The purpose of the Jam was to assist teams to move their projects forward; get their team aligned; have fun and to learn how to use the Demola cycle.
Most of the day was focused on skills development in problem identification and presentation skills, but focused on each individual team’s problem and working together on the initial steps to solving it. The Jam was dedicated to project work giving teams the chance to get help from fellow Demola members, with real feedback. There was also some spicing up the process from the facilitators, through interactive games and exercises.
